Breakfast was fine, though could be better.

Breakfast was fine, though could be better. Staffs in dining are friendly.

Room light is very dark, we stayed in 9th floor. And in the evening, my friend and I heard somebody’s (a girl) shouting, could be a couple issue. It scared us. Don’t know what happened next.

Hotel didn't stay up to the service.

The service is very slow and poor. Had to keep on asking for stuff for multiple times. Had booked for King bed but on the first day got a twin bed and staff mentioned it was upon availability whereas the website gives an option of choosing between king or twin bed. This is a complete disappointment. Staff should be more proactive and assisting. They don't even apologize for delays. Room service keeps on asking if we have paid deposit for extras whereas they can always check with reception instead of bothering clients with questions about deposit. Reception staff couldn't explain my invoice properly. (Needs training) No farewell or invitation to return. All this if taken care can improve service.

What was the highlight of Reflections Hotel

It was relatively cheap.

I’ve been in 3 star hotels that are much better than this, supposedly, 4 star hotel. The front desk staff Mr. Reda wasn’t very approachable and didn’t seem to know how to communicate effectively with me. I asked him several times for an ATM machine and his directions were very vague I couldn’t even understand which location he was referring to. For tourists, you definitely need staff that can provide better assistance on how to reach different parts within the area since it’s all under construction. Also, the room was very basic considering it’s a 4 star hotel. The dining options are very poor, as is the shisha lounge they’re advertising on the rooftop. Such a shame that the rooftop hasn’t been used in a better way and the shisha Lounge is basically a balcony.

It looks a remote area very low standard hotel.

No anything.

They wrote on their details that they are 4 star and accordingly they charged and we booked but when we reached it was late night and we could not go to any other place. Overall this is an ordinary hotel with 0 star.

It was a clean room.

It was a clean room. Quite hotel, good for families.

the room had cigarettes smell. Also was a bit small. Wifi can be used by one device only. Otherwise the stay was good. No major dislikes for the price.
